TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Services: GreyTours360 will provide 360-degree virtual tours, photography, and videography services to the client as specified in the agreed-upon contract. The client agrees to provide access to the property at the agreed-upon date and time.

2. Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered by GreyTours360. Payment must be made in full prior to the delivery of any final products. If the client fails to make payment as agreed, GreyTours360 reserves the right to withhold or delay the delivery of final products until payment is made.

3. Intellectual Property: GreyTours360 retains all rights to any intellectual property created as part of the services rendered. The client may use the final products for their intended purpose but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the final products without prior written consent from GreyTours360.

4. Client Obligations: The client agrees to provide access to the property at the agreed-upon date and time and to ensure that the property is ready for photography or videography as agreed upon. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or authorizations required for GreyTours360 to perform their services.

5. Limitation of Liability: GreyTours360 is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client or any third party as a result of their services. GreyTours360's liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.

6. Confidentiality: GreyTours360 agrees to keep all information related to the client and their property confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the client's consent.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client will pay GreyTours360 for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GreyTours360 is located.

9. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended by GreyTours360 at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the client in writing.
